The staff are very helpful, managed the parking onsite. The location is the best, 2 miles from Unicentro. And it's based in a nice quiet area not far from the centre.

The location in the safe northern district is convenient, especially for late arrivals in this city. The hotel is close to the TransMilenio BRT stop and offers easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were great restaurants within walking distance.

The best location right by other main tourist attractions, and shopping mall, restaurants and bars were close to the hotel. Usaquen district was worth staying in. We spent 1 night in a nice size queen room with kitchenettes.

I stayed at a well-run 5 star hotel with excellent facilities and amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the WiFi was the fastest I have ever experienced. The romantic package was worth every penny, with rose petals, candles, champagne, and a fire in the fireplace. The breakfast and room service were also amazing.
